SL Performance x l’Ariégeoise

Our partner SL PERFORMANCE is offering you a 14-week training plan, divided into several blocks, to ensure that you arrive at the start on 29 June 2024 with peace of mind.

The first 4 weeks will be based on endurance, with a 2-week block focusing on velocity.

The next 4 weeks will focus on strength and we’ll finish with a power block before a week of sharpening up.

Each week will consist of 3 sessions: an endurance session, a specific intensity session and a final session to work on pedalling over mountain passes or bumps.
