Race Number:

Race numbers will be distributed upon presentation of your registration confirmation.

You can collect the race number of another participant by presenting their registration confirmation.

If your file is incomplete, it is MANDATORY to present the missing documents.

It is possible to change the course or request a priority race number during the distribution of your race number only on Friday (fee €10).

Registrations are closed, no possibility to transfer a race number to another person. PLEASE NOTE that the exchange of race numbers is strictly PROHIBITED as we have already sent the list of registered participants to the insurance. It is impossible to modify them. The participant will not be insured, and their responsibility will be engaged towards other runners and the organization in case of an accident (see Art. 5 of our regulations).

In case of impossibility for real and serious reasons (accident, total incapacity, illness, death of a close one, wedding witness) and on the mandatory presentation of a proof, the participant can request either by email or by mail a refund up to 80%. The request must be made before 01/07/2024.
If you cannot participate in the event and your registration cannot be refunded or postponed, the organization can, upon written request, send the jersey within 5 months after the event.

Weather:

We consider all possible weather conditions, and for each of them we have different action plans depending on the severity of the weather. For information regarding thunderstorms from an orange alert level, the event will not take place.
