Ariègeoise VTT New !

Discover L’Ariégeoise VTT: 77 km with 2700 meters of positive elevation gain.

The highlighted route not to be missed in this 4th edition presents you with a beautiful challenge.

This route follows the trails of Plasuzat, with two additional loops added.

After the second refreshment stop at km 24 with 1000 meters of positive elevation gain, the paths diverge.

The first loop of 7 km takes you to a magnificent plateau where you will encounter grazing cows and horses, followed by a beautiful 3 km single-track descent. Then, you will join the participants of the 60 km for a few kilometers.

The second additional loop, very playful and without major efforts, will allow you to access the last difficulty of the day where you will meet the hikers from Plasuzat.

Finally, the novelty of 2024: a cable car ascent to the Ax les 3 domaines resort, followed by a magnificent 8 km descent to reach the finish line.

Important: Please note that this route will not be marked along the entire route. Each participant will receive the GPS track (in GPX format) by email a few days before the ride.

L’Ariégeoise VTT is very demanding due to its length and significant elevation gain. A time limit, calculated based on an average speed of 8 km/h, is in place.

An excellent physical condition is essential to reach the finish line. For E-MTBs, very good battery management will be necessary.
