3 Nations by AQUAdrink
The 3 Nations Race, which starts in Puigcerdà, is the only one in the world to cross three countries, giving each a distinctive touch. We'll be crossing the Spanish, French and Andorran Pyrenees, passing through legendary ports such as the Port d'Envalira, whose 2,407-metre drop is the highest pass in the Pyrenees. All these ingredients make for a unique combination: three countries, 140 kilometres over some of the world's most famous mountain passes.
Quebrantahuesos Gran Fondo
The Quebrantahuesos is one of Spain's premier events, and for many years it has been regarded as the best Gran Fondo in Spain. This not-to-be-missed event in the world of cycling attracts more than 11,000 cyclists from 24 different countries every year. The 200-kilometre cross-border route winds its way through the Aragonese and French Pyrenees, and includes 4 historic Vuelta and Tour de France passes.
Cyclosportive l'Ariégeoise
Now in its 27th year, the Ariégeoise is offering some particularly demanding routes to showcase the heritage and mountains of the Ariège Pyrenees. There are 7 events on offer: the Ariégeoise XXL, the Ariégeoise, the Mountagnole XXL, the Mountagnole, the Passejade, the Passejad'Elec (VAE 25 km/h) and Elles font l'ariégeoise.com. There are many passes on the programme, some of which are out of category. Each participant will find a circuit suited to his or her riding style, but it is essential to be in good physical condition to take part in the Ariégeoise.
